San Diego's High-Price Housing Strains Economic Capacity
NUSIPR, April 16, 2015 - Six years since the San Diego housing market hit bottom, the median price of homes sold in San Diego rallied to $430,000 as of the 4th quarter of 2014, a 59 percent increase since the low point reached in 2009.
