Answer: YES

The unmitigated disaster of launching the ACA abundantly exemplifies government misallocation of resources, promotion of waste, and imposition of inefficiencies. Government funds itself with nearly unlimited restraint by taxes and printing money. While private businesses obtain funds only by satisfying people who purchase their services and from investors willing to risk investment, government subsidizes itself through coercive taxing power having little incentive to adjust for consumer demands or impetus to create efficiencies. In the free market, consumers dictate pricing and assure the best allocation of productive resources. Government has only one solution for virtually everything: spending more by raising taxes.
