According to a new survey of 54 breweries, brewpubs and contract brewing businesses by the National University System Institute for Policy Research of San Diego, the businesses have an estimated $66-million direct economic impact on the regional economy in 2015. This year, industry sales are expected to exceed $90 million, with sales tax revenue of more than $10 million.
