Answer: YES

Onerous estate taxes should be repealed for all citizens. The estate tax takes income already taxed when originally earned. Studies show the tax is responsible for the destruction of $1.1 trillion in capital, a significant hindrance for entrepreneurial activity, and repealing it would create 100,000-plus jobs. It hinders the economy by discouraging investment and actually decreases long-term tax revenues. Repealing the death tax restores fairness for all and is a step toward pro-growth tax policies.
