NO: Current additions of new luxury hotels are partly a result of so very little added over the past decade. The cycle of new development is usually to over-shoot demand, but this appears to be on the distant horizon. Over development is not likely to occur with the time necessary for approval and construction, and financial investment constraints keeping too much from occurring. Demand for luxury properties seems healthy enough for now to support the new hotels.
