Economist Erik Bruvold said the park has been struggling with attendance in recent years, which may have had an affect on this restructuring plan.
Bruvold said, "SeaWorld is down almost 18 percent over the course of the two years. They were down 12 percent in 2009, and it's estimated they will be down another 6 percent in 2010."
